If your item was shipped for free we will need to take the shipping charge of whatever it was $5.50, $7.95 or $12.95 from your refund.An item received that was postmarked after 14 days will only be eligible for an in store credit.
Sale Items:
Returnable if postmarked within 14 days of receipt.Only returnable for an in store/online credit. Shipping charge will be deducted from refund.If your item was shipped for free we will need to take the shipping charge off your refund. (Original Shipping is never refunded).Shoes can be exchanged for size but no refunds will be given. If your size is not available an in store credit will be issued.
Holiday
Merchandise is a final sale as of the date of the holiday. This includes velvet outfits. Any Holiday Wear returned within 3 weeks prior to the date of the Holiday cannot be refunded but we will be glad to give you an in store credit.
Clearance items:
Are final Sales they are not refundable, 40% or more.
Damaged Items:
Will be replaced or returned for in store credit. We are unable to issue credit card credits for damaged items unless it is returned within 14 days of purchase and all tags are still attached. We can't offer refunds on items that were damaged by washing. A damaged item must be reported within 14 days of receipt as all sales are final after 14 days. It goes without saying but be sure that the returned clothes are in their original condition with all tags attached. They have to be in re-saleable condition, they can't smell like cigarette smoke, pet odors, etc. Remember, we have to re-sell our returns that arrive back into our store. If shoes were sent in a box be sure to return them in the same box . Please do not use the shoe box as the shipping box or there will be a 50% restocking fee for us to obtain a new box from the manufacturer.

Returns can take up to 30 days to process. If you are receiving a credit to your card please allow for up to two statements before you see it.
We often get questions about how specific brands run in size. Every brand runs different in size and will vary. Many of the 100% cotton items are subject to shrinking even if the fabric has been pre-washed. We have found Baby Lulu to run a size small and if your are not sure, order one size larger than your child's current size or call us and we will be glad to measure. We would also like to note that some of our children's apparel is quite delicate and may not hold up well with active toddlers. We are unable to accept returns on items that were damaged while worn, shrunk in the wash, or simply did not hold up well after being worn. Please keep this in mind when ordering.
Inventory:
If you see a picture without a size we are currently out of that size. We do our best to keep our inventory accurate, but occasionally, you may order an item that we are out of. If this happens you will be notified that we are out of stock..
